Position Overview:
Lawless Pilates CO. is looking for a Studio Manager who is passionate about leading people, building culture, and protecting the vision.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Studio Manager is responsible for driving performance, developing the team, and ensuring the studio operates at the highest possible standard every day. This role is for someone who leads from the front in the room, on the schedule, and in the culture.
The Studio Manager is expected to role-model everything it means to be Lawless: discipline, energy, accountability, and excellence. You will instruct an average of fifteen (15) classes per week while overseeing all operational, team, and client experience standards at your location.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Serving as the lead representative of Lawless Pilates CO. at your studio location
- Instructing 15+ classes per week and subbing as needed
- Ensuring the studio meets Lawless standards daily: cleanliness, energy, professionalism, and client experience
- Leading and managing all location employees and trainees
- Developing your instructors through consistent feedback, coaching, and accountability
- Upholding and enforcing Lawless values and expectations
- Overseeing studio communications and location emails
- Hosting and leading in-studio events and pop-ups
- Planning and executing team bonding and development initiatives
- Co-leading training weekends with the Training Coordinator
- Supporting new instructor training with in-studio leadership
- Ensuring the studio and equipment remain immaculate and fully functioning
- Assisting with client concerns and delivering solutions with confidence and care
- Protecting the brand experience at every touchpoint
- Other leadership and operational duties as assigned
What We Need From You:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (including classes coached)
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events
- Comfortable leading people, giving feedback, and enforcing standards
- Able to stay calm under pressure and make strong decisions
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable with email, scheduling, and basic systems

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $52,000 – 58,000 annually (W-2), paid biweekly + 4O1K match up to 4%
PTO: 2 weeks
Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses

Pilates Instructor

Position Overview:
Lawless Pilates CO. is looking for high-energy, disciplined instructors who are passionate about movement, instructing, and building community. Our instructors lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, strength based, low-impact, high-intensity reformer classes. You are responsible for educating clients on form, alignment, and resistance while empowering them to push past perceived limits in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.
Classes at Lawless are music-driven, fast-paced, and intentionally designed to challenge both the body and the mind. Our instructors deliver personalized coaching in a group setting, creating accountability, connection, and results. At your core, you are committed to helping others become the strongest, most confident version of themselves.
All Lawless instructors complete our comprehensive in-house training program. Training is selective, hands-on, and performance-based. You’ll receive individualized feedback, clear expectations, and a path for growth inside the brand.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Instructing 50-minute Lawless reformer classes with energy, clarity, and confidence
- Educating clients on proper form, alignment, springs, and machine setup
- Providing modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
- Creating a safe, motivating, and inclusive class environment
- Building authentic relationships with clients and fostering community
- Embodying and representing the Lawless brand and culture on and off the mic
- Participating in team meetings, events, and ongoing education
- Learning and executing Lawless class formats with minimal to no notes
- Maintaining accurate class and client records in studio software
- Assisting with retail, socks/apparel, and front-desk support as needed
- Helping keep the studio clean, organized, and fully functional as needed
- Continuing education through Lawless Pilates Training

- Ability to think quickly and coach clients of varying skill levels

- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with technology and studio systems
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Availability Expectations:
- Minimum commitment of 4 hours per week
- Ability to coach consistent weekly classes
