FAQ
What is Lawless Pilates CO.?
Lawless Pilates CO. is a modern reformer studio blending high-intensity, strength-based movement with low-impact control. Every 50-minute class is full-body, music-driven, and intentionally built to challenge and empower you.
What should I know before my first class?
- Please show up 10 minutes early to your studio to be walked around the reformer + studio.
- We require grippy socks for your safety and cleanliness. If you do not have a pair of grippy socks, they can be purchased in the studio.
Do you have classes for beginners?
We don’t have designated beginner classes, but every class can be customized for you. Our instructors will walk you through the reformer, explain the setup, offer modifications, and support you the whole way so you feel confident from your first rep.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, clients 14 and older are welcome. Anyone under 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver before attending class.
What if I’m Injured or Pre/Postnatal?
If you’re pregnant and within your first 20 weeks, you’re welcome to continue group classes with your doctor’s consent. After that, please let your instructor know so they can provide modifications to keep your workout safe and effective. All of our instructors are prenatal trained.
If you’re healing from an injury, our instructors can offer modifications throughout class, just be sure to follow your doctor’s recommendations before returning to movement.
What is your waitlist process?
“Join the waitlist” lets you save a spot in case someone cancels. If a spot opens up, our system will automatically add you to the class (up to 1 hour before it starts) and notify you by text and email. If your plans change, make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist, our cancellation policy still applies if you’re added to class more than an hour in advance.
What is your late policy?
-
For safety reasons, late entry isn’t permitted for new clients.
-
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and the full class fee will apply.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
You can cancel anytime through the app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee. If you miss class without canceling, a no-show fee applies.
If you need to reschedule for the same day, please email your studio within 30 minutes of canceling to be refunded that day.
