In consideration of the fee paid participants understand that there is a risk of personal injury in the course of instructions and with this knowledge, agree to assume the risk of any injury and damages to the participant.
Specifically, participants agree to hold harmless Lawless Pilates CO and all other individuals, organizations, sponsors, promoters, operators, hosts, instructors, associations, schools, owners, officials, directors, employees, and other participants connected with the event from all losses, damages, injuries, causes of actions, claims, or complaints in the events that the participation is damaged or injured in any way during the participation, instructions and or performance of any exercise during the lesson/class.
Lawless Pilates CO is not responsible for any injuries that occur during and after the session/class, by signing the client is aware they are responsible for all injuries including medical bills. The client is also responsible for their body during the class and is aware of the machine safety protocols.
Participants further agree to strictly obey instructors and observe safety rules.
I have read and understand this release and agreement and agree to its provisions I am not under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants. I am not suffering from any illness or incapacity. I am over 18 years of age, if not over 18 years of age legal parent or guardian must sign.
