Lauren Ballain
Hi! My name is Lauren and I’m from Omaha, NE. I attended UNL for undergrad and am currently pursuing my doctor of pharmacy degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After doing competitive gymnastics for over 10 years and working in healthcare, I knew I wanted to continue my passion for being active and helping others feel their best. I fell in love with Pilates a few years back, and am so grateful to be an instructor here at Lawless with the most amazing team and community! Pilates has become my favorite way to exercise and grow inside and out, and I can’t wait to share that love with all of you! Outside of studying and being in the studio, I like to spend time with friends and family, go on walks, shop, grab coffee, and read. I’m excited to meet each and every one of you and be apart of your journey. See you on the reformer!!!
