Alexia Fridolph
Hi!!! I am Alexia the Studio Manager and an Instructor here at LAWLESS. Outside of the studio you will find me on the pickleball courts, traveling, going to concerts, or hanging with family and friends. Inside the studio you’ll find me iced coffee in hand, cheering you through that last set, or celebrating the little wins that turn into big progress. I believe pilates is for everyone, whether it is your first class or your hundredth, and my goal is to make every person who walks into the studio feel welcomed, encouraged, and challenged in the best way! I can’t wait to see you in the studio!!
