I just recently graduated from SDSMT with a bachelors in Science, Technology, and Society!! Eventually I plan on getting my masters….. but in what…. IDK!
Fun fact about me: I abosoutely ADORE traveling but I HATE planes hahaha. This past summer I spend time in Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey-totally worth the flights!
Pilates changed the way I move and feel, and I love sharing that with others! I’m passionate about helping others feel confident and strong in their own bodies. My classes focus on mindful movement, good vibes, and just the right amount of challenge. Whether you are brand new or a regular on the reformer, I am here to support you and make movement something you genuinely enjoy!
