Halston Evans
Hey hey!! I’m Halston Evans, I was born & raised in Rapid City but fell in love with the Sioux Falls community when I graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2022. I work full time in marketing with a specialty in all things social media. I first fell in love with fitness and wellness in 2020 and that passion has only grown since. I truly believe that if your workout is the hardest part of your day, you are blessed! Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me on a hot girl walk, deep into an epic fantasy book, or puzzling with an audiobook playing in the background. My life is rooted in faith, family, and finding joy in both movement and stillness, whether that’s happy hour with the girls or snuggling up at home with my two cats, Henry and Honey. I can’t wait to see you in class and share this journey with you!
