Hi! I’m Kyli Olmstead, I’m from Rapid City, SD, and have lived in Sioux Falls since going to college at Augustana! I grew up playing sports & played soccer all the way through college, so I’ve always loved being active. Pilates has become something I’m very passionate about, and I can’t wait to share that passion & have you in class!!
