At Lawless we care deeply about every client who walks through our door, to us you are family. We want our people to feel seen, supported, cared for, and motivated.  When you are in our studio you are never alone, we are here to support you on your journey whether it’s your 1st or 1,000th class!

• New clients must arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your class, this is to ensure you properly know how to run your machine. Any new client who shows up later than 5 minutes or is late, the instructor has the right to reverse your reservation to another class.

• Please contact us prior if you are a pre or postnatal client or a client with an active injury. We may require a private lesson with one of our instructors before entering a group class, so the workout is safe and effective for YOU!

• New client + current clients GRIPPY SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERY CLASS, this is for safety. Thank you!

You are able to park on either side of the Landstorms Building, parking is free!

We encourage you to check yourself in on the app once you reach the studio! If you are unable to check in please variable check in at the front desk with the instructor

We require grippy socks for every class you take. We sell them at the studio if you do not have socks!

• We kindly ask clients to cancel 10 hours before the class to avoid being charged, including canceling to book into another class.

• Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the start of class will be considered late cancellations and will be charged for the class.

• A late cancellation or no-show will result in a charge to your account, if you have a membership the canlations fee is $20, a no show fee is $25. If you are not a member a canlations fee is $20 and a show fee is $30.

• No-shows for group classes will automatically be charged to their account. Any private classes will be charged full price.

• Any client who is more than 5 minutes late can be charged full price for their class or fees on their membership.

• If you are a member you will receive TWO free passes, per year. If you have a class pack there are no free passes. Please email lawlesspilatesco@gmail.com when you would like to use your free passes.

• Please note that we have a very limited amount of space therefore we enforce our late/cancellation/no-show policy, so clients are able to get in + take classes at their preferred time. Warming up is very crucial to the class, after those 5 minutes our warm-up is over. Therefore we don’t allow clients to jump into a class after that. Thank you for understanding.
